Inexpensive local restaurant a few doors down from the White Rose. A bit more geared to locals than foreigners, but they have an English menu and some of the better inexpensive Chinese/.Khmer food in town. Super popular local breakfast place. Packed every morning. Great place for a Cambodian noodle soup (kuiteo) or fried meat with rice breakfast. Also serves good Cambodian style coffee (try the ine coffee with sweet milk – cafe tuk d’ko tuk’kaw)
